Join Pleo's Partnerships team in the Netherlands as a Partner Manager, focusing on launching and scaling the accountant and consultant partner community. You will build and nurture relationships with partners, onboard new clients, and contribute to Pleo's growth in the DACH region. The ideal candidate possesses experience in B2B relationship building, a strong commercial mindset, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for screening inbound opportunities, outbound prospecting, and developing tailored plans to achieve joint partnership goals. Requirements
- Fluency in German and strong command of business English
- Experience with building long-lasting B2B relationships through its full sales cycle; from prospecting and outbound to conversion and nurture - plus the revenue track record to back it up!
- A strategic and analytical mindset to plan for success

- Exceptional people skills: strong listening abilities, empathy, and genuine flowing curiosity to learn more about the people you are interacting with

- Ability to learn technical, accounting knowledge and explain it in a simple, digestible way
Responsibilities
- Launch and scale the accountant and consultant partner community in the DACH region
- Screen and qualify inbound partnership opportunities
- Prospect and onboard new strategic partners
- Ensure partners consistently refer business each month
- Understand partners' needs and tailor unique plans to achieve joint partnership goals
- Deliver team training on the Pleo product
- Host webinars and events for partners
- Develop relationships with partners through business lunches and other activities
- Onboard as many of partners' clients to Pleo as possible
