Summary
Join Deel, a global leader in international payroll and compliance, as a Partner Engagement Manager. You will be the primary contact for referral partners in the EMEA region, building relationships and driving their success. Collaborate with marketing to develop new channels and initiatives. This role requires 3-4 years of sales experience, partnership knowledge, strong data analysis skills, adaptability, and excellent communication in English, French, and Spanish.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a sales-focused role with a proven track record of driving results, preferably in a partnership or client-facing role
- A basic understanding of the partnership landscape, including technology, professional services, and venture sectors
- Strong data-driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and process optimization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage shifting priorities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, French, and Spanish is required
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all new and emerging referral partners across the EMEA region. Build strong relationships and drive partner success by understanding their needs and supporting their growth
- Work closely with the Marketing team to identify and develop new digital channels, assets, and initiatives that support partner certification, onboarding, and ongoing enablement
- Focus on activating, reactivating, and ensuring the continued growth of partners. Help facilitate their increased engagement and success within the Deel Partner Program
- Manage relationships with referral partners, enabling them to successfully refer clients to Deel. Ensure a smooth and effective referral process for all parties involved
- Ideate, launch, and optimize co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, email campaigns, and content sharing to drive brand awareness and partner engagement
- Build, maintain, and monitor the partnership P&L for your assigned partners, ensuring strong financial performance and sustainable growth
- Leverage various tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of partner outreach, management, and ongoing operations
Preferred Qualifications
- You have worked in an HR or FinTech company and understand the unique challenges and opportunities within these sectors
- You have experience in a fast-growing startup, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
- You have successfully worked in remote or distributed teams, showcasing strong self-management, communication, and collaboration skills
