Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably within the health plan or payer ecosystem
- Proven track record of selling digital health solutions or complex enterprise services into health plans
- Deep understanding of the managed care landscape, including value-based care models, medical economics, and network strategies
- Existing relationships and robust network of contacts within the Product Purchase and Commercial Medicare LOBβs
- Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with key stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Willingness to travel depending on the needs of the territory and selling cycle
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partnerships and revenue growth with regional health plans, ~500K members or less within your assigned territory
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed regional quarterly and annual deal/revenue targets
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders at health plans, articulating compelling value propositions around our services
- Manage end-to-end sales processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to support complex sales cycles and ensure successful implementation
- Represent Sword Health at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through personal prospecting efforts and collaboration with other channel teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or digital health company
- Familiarity with musculoskeletal (MSK) or other point solutions
