Summary
Join Pair Team as the Regional General Manager and lead the execution and scaling of your region. You will hire and develop high-quality teams, create operational playbooks, collaborate on product improvements, and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include managing a team of care managers, owning the regional P&L, driving quarterly OKRs, and serving as a senior operational contact for health plans. You will develop operational playbooks and SOPs, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure compliance with health plan requirements. Requirements
- 5+ years managing complex and highly operational teams and/or in operations Experience in virtual health is a big plus!
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Strong technical skills and comfort with technology innovation, past experience with CRM databases, basic Excel, Word, email, and video conferencing
- Excellent organization skills to meet goals and deadlines
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
- Thrive working with multiple systems and processes
- Extremely detailed oriented and enjoy multitasking
- Proven track record of hitting key metrics
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of lead care team managers, registered nurses and behavioral health manager to execute ECM services
- Own the OpEx P&L for your region
- Drive the quarterly OKRs for your region
- Be the Senior operational touchpoint for Health Plan POCs in your region
- Develop playbooks and SOPs to guide the execution of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) programs
- Work cross functionally with Product, Population Health, Network, and Quality/Compliance teams to continuously iterate and identify areas of opportunity in process or execution for our ECM programs
- Ensure 100% of Health Plan compliance requirements are met for your region
- Ensure the team is meeting all internal performance metrics
