Summary
Join Avetta as the Regional Marketing Manager for Europe & Middle East and develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to these markets. Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to align with business objectives, managing campaigns, market research, and brand positioning. This role reports to the CMO and works closely with the global marketing organization. Residency in England is required, with a hybrid work schedule offered for those near Maidenhead. Remote work may be considered for those elsewhere in England. Full UK working rights are required, without sponsorship.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in regional or international marketing, with a focus on European markets
- Strong understanding of European and Middle Eastern market dynamics, including cultural, economic, and regulatory factors
- Proven experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and using marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, 6Sense.)
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team
- Reside in England and possess full working rights in the UK, without current or future sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Create and execute regional marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across Europe and Middle East
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns specific to European markets, including digital advertising, content marketing, events, and promotions
- Conduct thorough market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies
- Work with global and regional teams, including sales, product, and communications, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company goals and regional nuances
- Lead the coordination of trade shows, conferences, and industry-specific events to increase brand awareness, build relationships, and drive new business opportunities
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event execution, managing logistics, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the creative development and production of event materials, presentations, and promotional content
- Manage post-event activities, including follow-up communications, lead tracking, and measuring event ROI
- Ensure a consistent, high-standard brand experience at all events, fostering positive perceptions of the company across different markets
- Oversee the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking return on investment (ROI)
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations to optimize strategy and improve outcomes
- Ensure that marketing materials and messages are appropriately localized for various European languages and cultural contexts
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local agencies, media partners, and industry influencers
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or certifications in marketing
- Proficiency in multiple European languages
- Experience in the technology sector
