Join Delivery Associates, a global social impact consultancy, as a Regional Operations Coordinator based in Peru or Brazil. Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years prior professional experience within professional services, consulting, accounting, multinational corporations, or other business environments is required
- Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish capabilities are essential
- Must be based in Peru or Brazil
Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees into regional teams
- Support the L&D teams in executing centrally provided learning opportunities for regional stakeholders
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, regional leadership engagement, and morale-boosting routines
- Support with visa-related tasks by supporting the People Operations team to ensure compliance and smooth processing for international employees
- Support the planning and coordination of regional routines, retreats, and special events, including leadership routines and integration into the regional framework
- Assist in strengthening cross-regional collaboration by helping exchange and adopt best practices for operational tasks
- Support the management and analysis of internal and client survey data in coordination with central team contacts
- Assist with supplier and vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Act as a general point of contact for regional operations within the team, helping to answer questions or direct stakeholders to the appropriate resources
- Provide support with travel logistics and tracking travel costs
- Assist in ensuring the proper functioning of critical business systems by supporting issue resolution and seamless integration
- Support budget preparation, tracking actuals against forecasts, and assisting with project-specific budgets across all regions
- Help with regional invoicing processes
- Coordinate with finance teams on invoice processing, timesheet compliance, and managing financial data and reporting
- Assist with People policy execution and compliance related to entity operations from a local perspective, in partnership with the People Operations team
- Support the setup and maintenance of legal entities, regulatory filings, and liaising with local authorities as necessary
- Engage with third-party providers, such as accountants and lawyers, in partnership with the People team when applicable
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, administration, and/or similar fields is preferred
