Summary
Join Evolve's Performance Management/Regional Optimization team as a manager, responsible for the growth and development of a team of Performance Advisors. You will provide consultation to homeowners, coach team members, make operational decisions, manage projects, and foster leadership potential. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience at Evolve or 5+ years of hospitality industry equivalent analyzing performance and pricing
- 1+ year of coaching and leadership experience required
- Ability to think strategically and work efficiently without sacrificing quality and thoroughness
- Highly organized with a strong ability to prioritize and delegate tasks when necessary
- Ability to embrace change in a fluid, high-growth environment
- Experience with deescalating sensitive issues or problems
- Ability to analyze and leverage data in order to drive performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Natural people leader utilizing relationship, coaching, and retention tools
- Customer service mindset and ability to foster strong relationships with diverse groups
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and retain a team of Performance Advisors that focus on overall performance and communication of Evolve’s listings
- Measure team and individual performance using various agreed upon metrics visible in internal reporting tools
- Coach and assist team members in setting and achieving individual career development goals
- Identify new ideas and develop process improvements directly related to the Performance team goals in conjunction with other members of the Performance Leadership Team
- Coach team members on utilizing data analysis to effectively communicate Evolve’s pricing and performance strategies to owners
- Collaborate with leaders throughout the company and specifically with the Principal, Performance to develop and improve on strategies and best practices as it relates to owner-controlled opportunities
- Assist with performance related customer escalation
- Assist with developing goals to push the team to the next level while also aligning with company OKRs
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus
- Oriented toward exceeding goals

- For this role our salary range is $87,000 to $100,000, depending on relevant experience
