This fully remote role focuses on relationship management within our broker, consultant, and employer partnerships, driving sales of our fully and self-insured products in the 50-5,000 life segment. You will own revenue responsibilities, expand existing partnerships, and develop sales infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses sales experience, preferably in health insurance, and thrives in a dynamic startup environment. This position offers a competitive base salary ($110,000-$135,000), commission eligibility, equity incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Requirements

Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue responsibilities for Garner’s fully insured product, focusing on the 50-5,000 life segment
  • Continue and expand on Garner’s existing fully and self insured broker partnerships
  • Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking our fully insured sales and partnership pipeline

  • Experience in health insurance
