Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the software or technology industry
  • Strong understanding of the sales process with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools
  • Willingness to travel within the Americas region as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the Americas region
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential and achieve sales targets
  • Provide regular performance feedback and implement professional development plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any customer concerns promptly
  • Monitor sales metrics, track performance, and provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Drive revenue growth through effective pipeline management and closing strategies
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive demand generation and customer retention
  • Provide feedback to Product teams on customer needs and market demands
