Requirements
- Strong understanding of Cloud VMS, AI and Access Control
- Hands-on experience with VMS
- Familiarity with basic networking
- Proven track record in a sales role, preferably in a solution-based environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-first approach
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, prospects, and internal teams
- 7 years of experience in a technical or engineering role
- 5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in VSAS/Cloud Computing
- Experience with [CRM software, project management tools, or relevant industry software]
- Bachelor’s degree in [Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field] or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Work with partner sales teams to co-develop sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions that target key customer segments
- Leverage technical expertise to ensure partners are effectively positioning the product’s technical benefits to end customers
- Collaborate with Brivo Sales People to ensure they understand our product offerings and value propositions
- Provide ongoing training, resources, and technical support to ensure partners are well-equipped to sell our products effectively
- Drive sales through the channel by identifying opportunities, creating pipeline, and working with partners to close deals
- Monitor and track partner performance, ensuring targets and quotas are being met
- Serve as a technical sales resource for partners and Brivo sales people, providing them with insights on the product's technical capabilities and how to best leverage it for customer success
- Assist with product demos, solution configurations, and proof-of-concept activities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for any sales-related issues, concerns, or technical inquiries
- Gather and communicate feedback from the partner ecosystem to help shape product improvements and better understand market trends and competitive landscapes

- A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
