Regional Sales Manager

Summary

Join IMG as a Regional Sales Manager and drive market growth across France, Benelux, and Northern Africa. This remote position, based in or commutable to Paris, offers a competitive salary (€65,000-€75,000) plus a monthly bonus. You will lead broker distribution strategy, manage existing and new client relationships, and collaborate with the sales team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of IPMI distribution experience, strong networking skills, and a proactive approach. Requirements

• IPMI distribution experience of a minimum of 5 years
• Excellent relationship manager and networker building Influential and trusting Partnerships
• Proactive approach: this person must be able to engage with a dynamic business to drive and deliver best practice
• Demonstrate having a strong broker network and driving successful customer engagements
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines and without direct supervision
• Organised, methodical & IT literate
• Excellent business analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
• Commercial awareness
• Be prepared to travel to the regions outlined and the US & UK

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed revenue target
• Lead broker distribution strategy within defined region
• Effectively account manage existing relationships and onboard new producer
• Support budgetary planning as defined by the company
• Support prompt turnaround of intermediary queries and quotation request
• Effectively use the company CRM system to manage sales pipeline
• Collaborate effectively with the senior members of the sales team to ensure synergy of distribution approach
• Identify and develop new growth opportunities
• Travel within the Territory and periodic overseas will be expected
