Requirements
- Have multiple years of experience in the Commercial kitchen equipment market space
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the commercial kitchen equipment ecosystem and potential customers in overall Food service, Chain restaurants & Convenience Stores, Hotels & Resorts etc
- Have strong connections with key-people of either local partners or end-users
- Demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and able to take initiative and solve problems proactively
- Possess logical thinking and strong analytical skills
- Show a willingness to learn new skills and work under pressure
- Have excellent communication skills and a teamwork attitude
- Be well-versed in Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for overall Sales Strategy and Sales execution in assigned territory
- Work closely with channel partners and/or end customers to grow sales within the assigned territories
- Develop new Distributors and Channel-partners in assigned territory
- Ensure the achievement of the sales objectives in quantitative terms as well qualitative terms (volume, diversification, coverage, risk)
- Proactively seek and develop sales opportunities
- Attend trade shows and provide periodic customer training support
- Ensure customer satisfaction while coordinating and working closely with different internal functions
- Successfully follow up with partners and KAs (Key Accounts)
- Demonstrate experience and a strong sense of total solution selling
- Engage in daily sales opportunity development (customer calls, culinary demos, etc.)
- Provide product training for the Distributor sales team
- Cooperate with existing distributors and their sales team to develop new restaurant chain or catering and hospitality customers
- Coordinate with the inside sales department for order handling and delivery follow-up
- Communicate with aftermarket for service and quality related issues
- Prepare monthly / quarterly / annual sales reporting
- Accomplish assigned sales goals
- Target segment: Restaurant Chain, Retail, Catering & Hospitality (including Hotel, Resort, HealthCare, Enterprise, Travel)
