Summary

Join Ceribell as a Regional Vice President Account Manager to lead sales efforts and manage key accounts in the West region. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a focus on sales and account management
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong understanding of the medical device market, including regulatory requirements and healthcare industry dynamics
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to drive informed decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Regional Directors, each leading a team of Account Managers, to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective communication, coaching, and development
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, administrators, and purchasing decision-makers
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and optimize product offerings
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies that align with Ceribell's overall business objectives
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer feedback and insights are integrated into product development and service enhancements
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in account management and sales operations
