Summary

The job is for a Regional Vice President in Omada Health's Mid Market group, responsible for selling health solutions to employers. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling health and benefits solutions, strong communication skills, and be able to travel 20-25% of the time. The position requires residing within the southeastern or midwest portion of the US and being able to work within Central and Eastern business hours.

Requirements

  • Experience selling Health and/or Benefits solutions to self-insured employers
  • Experience working with Benefits Consultants both regionally and nationally
  • Experience working with health plan account managers
  • Energy to motivate a prospect to take action
  • A track record of successful quota achievement and sales achievement awards
  • The discipline and motivation to work on one’s own
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working for an emerging-growth company
  • The capability to run the entire sales process from prospecting through contract closure
  • Ability to work within Central or Eastern business hours
  • Must be able to travel about 20-25% of the time within territory
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities within their territory that are a fit for the Omada solution and execute the sales process and playbook for those accounts
  • Work closely with strategic partners and health plans to collaborate on market, account and opportunity strategies that lead to new business
  • Take a solution/consultative sales approach with prospects to learn more about their needs and how we would complement their strategies
