Summary

The Regional Vice President of Sales will lead sales operations in a 100% remote position covering the states of Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Idaho, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada. The role requires strategic thinking, proven sales experience, leadership skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with CRM software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum five years of successful sales experience
  • Two years K-12 sales experience required
  • Three years of K-12 sales management experience required

Responsibilities

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual contracted revenue sales goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the assigned region
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Adapt sales strategies accordingly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, school districts, and educational institutions
  • Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting. Ensure the efficient use of CRM tools and adherence to sales processes
  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer success to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Develop and manage the regional sales budget. Ensure optimal allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives
  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
