Summary

Join a dynamic service enterprise managing hundreds of collaborative workspace facilities across North America, experiencing remarkable expansion with plans to launch 600+ new sites this year and 1,000-1,500 more next year. As Vice President - Chicago Market, you will build and develop high-performing teams, work closely with the CEO for potential succession, and drive operational excellence and financial performance across multiple locations. Initially focusing on Chicago market operations, you will gain a deep understanding of the business model before transitioning to oversee regional operations across multiple states. Requirements

  • Analytical skills with ability to make quick, data-driven decisions

Responsibilities

Benefits

  • Annual base salary: $300,000-$350,000
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity of 50%
