Join our team at ParetoHealth as we strive for collective greatness in transforming employee health benefits. As a Regional Vice President, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business in the Phoenix, Arizona territory, leveraging existing relationships with Insurance Brokers to secure qualified meetings with prospective clients.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the self-insured, self-funded or stop-loss market
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications
- Must possess strong negotiating skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Identify, educate and develop strong consultant partner relationships with insurance brokers and employee benefits advisors
- Assist consultants with the identification and education of good prospective employers
- Mastery of Pareto’s cost containment programs and their application for consultants and prospective employers
- Develops strong relationships with members of Pareto’s underwriting, market development, and marketing teams
- Drive the understanding of large and complex risk management programs
- Create and execute a regional sales plan that will support the successful execution of sales goals
