Summary

Join ParetoHealth, a company transforming employee health benefits, as a Regional Vice President (RVP) in Chicago. Reporting to the SVP, you will be responsible for securing new business by leveraging relationships with insurance brokers and educating prospective clients on ParetoHealth's cost containment programs. This remote position requires local travel and a proactive, results-oriented approach. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in the self-insured market and strong communication and negotiation skills. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the self-insured, self-funded or stop-loss market
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications
  • Must possess strong negotiating skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Residence in the Greater Chicago area with frequent local travel required

Responsibilities

  • Identify, educate and develop strong consultant partner relationships with insurance brokers and employee benefits advisors
  • Assist consultants with the identification and education of good prospective employers
  • Mastery of Pareto’s cost containment programs and their application for consultants and prospective employers
  • Develops strong relationships with members of Pareto’s underwriting, market development, and marketing teams
  • Drive the understanding of large and complex risk management programs
  • Create and execute a regional sales plan that will support the successful execution of sales goals
