Summary

Join Hippocratic AI as a part-time contractor to help refine our Singaporean English-speaking medical Large Language Model. This remote, US-based role requires 5-10 hours per week for an initial one-month contract, with potential extension. You will evaluate the model's accuracy, provide linguistic and cultural insights, and review error reports from simulated patient interactions. Ideal candidates possess experience working with Singaporean English-speaking patients in a clinical setting and strong communication skills. Fluency in Singaporean English (both general and medical) and a valid nursing license are required.

Requirements

• Nursing License: Valid nursing license in your practicing country
• Fluency in Singaporean English: Proficiency in both general and medical Singaporean English
• Experience with Singaporean English-speaking Patients: Demonstrated experience working with Singaporean English-speaking patients, preferably in a clinical setting
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially in identifying and addressing language and cultural nuances in medical communication

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Singaporean English-speaking Medical Model: Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of our Singaporean English-speaking model, ensuring it aligns with clinical standards and cultural expectations
• Provide Insights: Advise on linguistic and cultural nuances to improve patient communication and model effectiveness
• Review Error Reports: Analyze and provide feedback on error reports from simulated patient calls, identifying areas for improvement
• Ongoing Support: Offer continued evaluation and advice as the model evolves

• Cultural Competence: Understanding of cultural variations and their impact on healthcare delivery among Singaporean English-speaking communities
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with virtual communication tools and model evaluation processes
