Join Hippocratic AI as a part-time, remote contractor and contribute your expertise as a fluent Vietnamese-speaking Registered Nurse to enhance our Vietnamese-speaking medical Large Language Model. This 1-month contract (with potential extension) involves evaluating the model's accuracy and effectiveness, providing cultural insights, and reviewing error reports from simulated patient interactions. You will leverage your experience working with Vietnamese-speaking patients and your understanding of medical communication nuances within this demographic. The ideal candidate possesses a valid nursing license, fluency in medical Vietnamese, and strong communication skills. Requirements

• Nursing License: Valid nursing license in your practicing country
• Fluency in Vietnamese: Proficiency in both general and medical Vietnamese
• Experience with Vietnamese-speaking Patients: Demonstrated experience working with Vietnamese-speaking patients, preferably in a clinical setting
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially in identifying and addressing language and cultural nuances in medical communication

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Vietnamese-speaking Medical Model: Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of our Vietnamese-speaking model, ensuring it aligns with clinical standards and cultural expectations
• Provide Insights: Advise on linguistic and cultural nuances to improve patient communication and model effectiveness
• Review Error Reports: Analyze and provide feedback on error reports from simulated patient calls, identifying areas for improvement
• Ongoing Support: Offer continued evaluation and advice as the model evolves
