Summary

Join Hippocratic AI as a part-time, remote contractor to help refine our Mandarin-speaking medical Large Language Model. This 1-month (potentially extendable) contract requires 5-10 hours per week. You will evaluate the model's accuracy and effectiveness, provide linguistic and cultural insights, and review error reports from simulated patient interactions. Ideal candidates possess a valid nursing license, fluency in medical Mandarin, and experience with Mandarin-speaking patients. Cultural competence and technical proficiency are preferred.

Requirements

• Nursing License: Valid nursing license in your practicing country
• Fluency in Mandarin: Proficiency in both general and medical Mandarin
• Experience with Mandarin-speaking Patients: Demonstrated experience working with Mandarin-speaking patients, preferably in a clinical setting
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, especially in identifying and addressing language and cultural nuances in medical communication

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Mandarin-speaking Medical Model: Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of our Mandarin-speaking model, ensuring it aligns with clinical standards and cultural expectations
• Provide Insights: Advise on linguistic and cultural nuances to improve patient communication and model effectiveness
• Review Error Reports: Analyze and provide feedback on error reports from simulated patient calls, identifying areas for improvement
• Ongoing Support: Offer continued evaluation and advice as the model evolves

• Cultural Competence: Understanding of cultural variations and their impact on healthcare delivery among Mandarin-speaking communities
