Requirements

• Have experience as an invoicing specialist and enjoy providing customer service, both by phone and in writing
• Enjoy working with numbers and show interest in the operational and technical aspects of the processes you manage
• Continuously strive to increase efficiency and automation and be motivated to work with our tech team to improve our systems
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail and a strong sense of personal responsibility to manually resolve special cases as needed
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customer needs and concerns to find good solutions even in difficult situations
• Possess excellent German language skills at a native speaker level, both orally and in writing. Additionally, you can communicate well in English

Responsibilities

• Ensure all invoices are correct and sent out on time
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales and customer service) to identify and quickly resolve discrepancies
• Serve as the point of contact for all questions regarding invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with guidelines and regulations
• Actively support the receivables department in monthly and annual closings, ensuring a smooth process
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions with the tech team to optimize the billing process
