Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a prospecting or closing sales role and/or restaurant operations. Experience in Hospitality a plus!
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals
  • Experience setting initial sales meetings through phone, email, and social
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and presentation skills. Must be able to demonstrate during interview process
  • Self-motivated, creative and ability to work in fast paced team environment
  • Technical proficiency with software. Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, ZoomInfo

Responsibilities

  • Build a list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales process from first call to close
  • Conduct solution demonstrations tailored to the prospect’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
  • Meet and/or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives with an annual quota of $450k+
  • Partner with teams across the organization to ensure that expectations are correctly set during the sales process and met during implementation
  • Manage all information in Salesforce to produce consistent and accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
  • Stay on top of industry trends and have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to determine how to best position Fourth in the market
