Requirements

  • A solution-based approach to selling and the ability to manage a complex sales process
  • Robust understanding of data management solutions and AI applications
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding quota by effectively qualifying and advancing opportunities, ideally from a start-up environment
  • Highly communicative, collaborative, and committed to improving the team and others around you
  • A demonstrated history of net-new prospecting and pipeline generation, both personally and in collaboration with Partnerships and Marketing partners

Responsibilities

  • Develop and exceed on strategic sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives
  • Own the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activities
  • Work with technical stakeholders and executives to identify opportunities for Secoda to expand its revenue
  • Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in data management and AI to provide insightful solutions
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within accounts while tailoring Secoda’s offerings to fit each customer's specific data environment
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process and help shape the Secoda sales culture
  • Represent Secoda at industry events and conferences
