Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with CROs- specific experience with Medtech CROs is highly desirable
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management or business development
  • Experience with clinical solutions
  • Strong communication, creative thinking, and presentation skills
  • Self-innovation and management, fast response
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A passion for solving customer business problems

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level
  • Meet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Keep current with industry trends and engage customers addressing their business challenges
  • Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
