Associate Account Executive

Summary

LatchBio is seeking an ambitious Associate Account Executive (AAE) with 1 year of experience as a BDR or AE at an early-stage cloud or software company, and a background in biology. The role involves refining ICP alongside the product and sales team, orchestrating ABM campaigns, writing messaging based on outreach data, navigating leads, booking demos, conducting hot-handoffs to AEs, and traveling to life sciences conferences. Requirements

• 1 year experience as a BDR or AE at an early-stage cloud or software company
• Background in biology — either in school or professionally
• Ability to understand & communicate technical concepts plainly
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and best practices

Responsibilities

• Refine ICP alongside product and sales team
• Orchestrate ABM campaigns personalized to ICPs
• Write and refine messaging frequently based on outreach data
• Navigate and work responses from leads to warm them up for qualification meetings
• Book demos and conduct hot-handoffs to our AEs to close opportunities
• Travel frequently to life sciences conferences around the world
