Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a Consulting, Product Management, Business Analysis, Partnerships or Strategy role, ideally within a fast-growing Product organization such as a start-up or scale-up
  • Exposure to SaaS-based products and have worked with complex software, data, and integrated systems
  • Understanding of technology ecosystems and the relationship between platforms and their technology partners; experience leveraging internal and external ‘building blocks’ in a dynamic and flexible way to design and recommend custom solutions to clients
  • Experience ‘rolling up your sleeves’ in a dynamic software and technology environment; shipped new solutions end-to-end and seen projects through from ideation to end delivery
  • Ability to work with clients and support sales teams, whether that’s in the form of building custom proposals, jumping on calls to answer client questions or extracting client feedback through discovery sessions
  • Proven track record of successfully managing strategic and operationally complex projects with cross-functional teams, engaging with external stakeholders, and facilitating client engagements
  • Impeccable business judgment, along with an inclination to conduct research, formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solution effectiveness
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to translate complexity into simple, intuitive explanations for audiences with differing levels of understanding
  • Prior experience or familiarity with marketing and advertising technology. Programmatic, Adtech, or Martech experience is considered a strong asset

Responsibilities

  • Support B2B Vertical Lead in executing key responsibilities of the function, including client-facing support (pitches, workshops, RFP development), solutions engineering, and new solutions discovery across strategic client segments
  • Contribute to GTM strategy and commercialization efforts for B2B projects in collaboration with Product Marketing; identify pillars of competitive differentiation, help establish market positioning & narrative, and work with Enablement to ensure effective in-market distribution
  • Provide critical and timely support to Core and Enterprise Revenue teams in service of uncovering new customer segments and market opportunities
  • Through client discovery, meticulously refine the team’s understanding of vertical business challenges. Study key clients’ strategic data integrations, business processes, and workflows in order to provide critical insight that will inform product, partnerships, and technology roadmaps with the ultimate objective of increasing share-of-wallet, revenue retention, and new segment growth
  • Conduct market and competitive landscape research to stay on top of trends in the B2B industry, understand competitor offerings, and identify strategic opportunities
  • Support the B2B Vertical Lead in managing performance OKRs (ex. net revenue retention, new segment growth) and optimizing based on available customer levers
  • Work in conjunction with Data Partnerships Team to identify strategic partners and develop integration strategies that will drive differentiation for our B2B solutions
  • Support the B2B Program Team in ad-hoc and daily operational tasks which include (but are not limited to) time-sensitive client and RFP requests, ad-hoc data analysis, and market & competitor research
