- Proficient in using social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and HR software to enhance employer branding efforts
- Familiarity with content creation and management for various platforms (blogs, social media, career websites)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive employer branding strategy that aligns with the company's mission and values
- Conduct market research to identify trends and best practices in employer branding within the tech and crypto industries
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to create compelling job descriptions and promotional materials that highlight the unique benefits of working for the company
- Promote the company’s culture, mission, and values through various channels to attract top talent in IT and cryptocurrency
- Develop and manage internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed about company initiatives, achievements, and opportunities
- Foster a culture of transparency and engagement through offering concepts for regular updates, newsletters, and team meetings
- Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction
- Organise events, workshops, and team-building activities that promote collaboration and strengthen employee relationships
- Coordinate with responsible managers to manage the company’s presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant social media channels to enhance CoinsPaid branding
- Assist in generating ideas for content that showcases employee experiences, company culture, and career opportunities to attract potential candidates
- Monitor and analyse metrics related to employer branding efforts, such as candidate engagement rates, employee satisfaction scores, and retention rates
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve employer branding strategies over time
- Work closely with other units in the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging across all external communications regarding the company's brand as an employer
- Align HR branding initiatives with overall marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
