Remote Business Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Business Analyst to work on the Climate Risk project, utilizing your expertise in credit risk, database knowledge, and stakeholder management. As a senior or mid-level professional, you will be responsible for preparing business analysis deliverables, communicating with non-technical colleagues, and working within software development lifecycles.

Requirements

• Fluent English required, Czech an advantage
• Agile & Jira working experience required
• Database knowledge (must be able to query database, joins, aggregation) required
• Credit risk knowledge ideal, but not a must (exposures/sanctioning/limits)
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills required
• Basic understanding of how backend/frontend UI works required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue a range of key business analysis deliverables
• Convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way
• Define requirements, test, and implement solutions
• Work within software development lifecycles
• Work with Agile Methodologies & tools E.g. Jira & Confluence
• Analyze SQL Queries and data models using SQL based tools
• Provide occasional weekend/emergency support to ensure structure and content of work are acceptable
