You will spearhead projects impacting partner performance, create and monitor key metrics, conduct data analysis to identify opportunities and address challenges, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• Completed Higher Education
• Solid experience in data extraction and analysis
• SQL skills
• Skills with data visualization tools (DataStudio, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) and data analysis in Google Sheets
• Strong project management skills, communication skills, able to connect different teams and direct efforts to achieve objectives

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of projects that generate impact on QuintoAndar's property acquisition partners
• Create and monitor metrics to evaluate commercial performance, assisting in business discussions and decision-making
• Conduct analyses and studies, generating insights and contributing to the identification of deviations and opportunities
• Contribute to new growth strategies through the conduct of tactical actions to improve results, from hypothesis validation to the implementation and expansion of pilots
• Interface with partner teams to ensure the delivery of objectives
