Requirements

• 5+ years leading sales teams with a track record of hitting targets
• 2+ years in marketing agencies
• Proven success in driving business leads and signing clients
• Strong communication skills and client relationship management
• Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting complex data
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools
• Proactive, results-driven, and focused on meeting client expectations

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and client success teams, implementing processes to drive performance
• Attend industry conferences and collaborate with marketing on thought leadership content
• Collaborate with marketing on lead qualification and outbound marketing strategies
• Manage the CRM (Pipedrive) to maximize sales efforts
• Establish lead generation through strategic partnerships for company growth
• Build and nurture partnerships with Amazon teams and other key stakeholders
• Develop relationships with referral partners and complementary business solutions
• Identify new revenue channels through strategic partnerships
• Oversee contract negotiations with the VP of Operations to ensure profitability
• Work with the VP of Growth on sales development and new service positioning
• Contribute to senior leadership discussions with insights on strategy and client needs
• Adapt to business priorities and support client needs with a hands-on approach
• Represent the company on social platforms, webinars, and podcasts
• Develop pitch decks for audits, webinars, and speaking engagements
