Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, ideally with a focus on remote patient monitoring or related technologies
- Network: Established network of contacts within the healthcare sector, including relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Skills: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of remote patient monitoring solutions, healthcare systems, and industry trends
- Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Networking: Utilize established contacts and networks within the healthcare industry to identify and connect with potential clients and key decision-makers. Attend industry conferences to build relationships, secure meetings, and expand your network
- Strategic Meetings: Lead and manage meetings with healthcare groups and even independent practices at various stages of the sales process, including initial introductions, needs assessments, solution presentations, and contract negotiations
- Decision Maker Identification: Conduct thorough research and follow-up to identify and engage the appropriate decision-makers within target organizations, ensuring that all key stakeholders are involved in the decision-making process
- Solution Presentation: Articulate the value and benefits of RPM Healthcareβs solutions to potential clients, tailoring presentations to address their specific needs and challenges
- HubSpot Management: Ensure that all client information, sales activities, and interactions are kept up to date in HubSpot, facilitating accurate reporting and effective communication across the sales team
