Requirements

  • 2+ years of business development and management experience, especially in payments, IT, Marketing, etc
  • A fluent Ukrainian speaker, with strong command of English - Must
  • Experience in working with SMB’s is essential
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
  • Proficiency in the use of email, with strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results
  • High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to see the bigger picture

Responsibilities

  • Assessing and identifying opportunities in the market
  • Increasing business adoption and market penetration
  • Prospecting, qualifying, and recruiting SMB's and professionals on the Payoneer platform
  • Qualifying companies and making custom reach outs to relevant decision makers of targeted companies
  • Using lead generating, Mass Email, and other tools to access the relevant decision maker
  • Collaborating with the SDR team
  • Building and growing a strong relationship with each B2B customer you are onboarding
  • Maintaining and exceeding your own Sales targets which will influence the overall country performance
  • Driving below the line activities to augment customer acquisitions and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness
  • Creating & articulating compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team
  • Developing long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drafting various business reports
