Requirements
- 2+ years of business development and management experience, especially in payments, IT, Marketing, etc
- A fluent Ukrainian speaker, with strong command of English - Must
- Experience in working with SMBβs is essential
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals
- Proficiency in the use of email, with strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results
- High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to see the bigger picture
Responsibilities
- Assessing and identifying opportunities in the market
- Increasing business adoption and market penetration
- Prospecting, qualifying, and recruiting SMB's and professionals on the Payoneer platform
- Qualifying companies and making custom reach outs to relevant decision makers of targeted companies
- Using lead generating, Mass Email, and other tools to access the relevant decision maker
- Collaborating with the SDR team
- Building and growing a strong relationship with each B2B customer you are onboarding
- Maintaining and exceeding your own Sales targets which will influence the overall country performance
- Driving below the line activities to augment customer acquisitions and represent Payoneer in industry forums to drive awareness
- Creating & articulating compelling value propositions for Payoneer services in coordination with the marketing team
- Developing long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Drafting various business reports
