Summary

Join Field Nation as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a critical role in developing leads from marketing campaigns, seeking new business opportunities, and contributing to our long-term business growth. As a BDR, you will be the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams, utilizing cold calls, email marketing, LinkedIn messages, and multi-touch sequences to engage prospects and organize them using Outreach.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Post-Secondary degree or related Business experience
  • Experience in Field Service, Telecom, IT Services, Technology, Staffing, Electrical, or Retail industries preferred
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, and Change to LinkedIn NavigatorΒ  preferred

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and generate prospect lists using lead generation tools
  • Utilize cold calls, email marketing, LinkedIn messages, and multi-touch sequences to engage prospects and organize them using Outreach
  • Set up intro meetings or calls for high-potential accounts with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and pass qualified leads to them
  • Manage discovery, pursuit, and closing processes, provide demos, answer product questions, and ensure seamless handoff to Customer Success
