Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 1.5 year experience in B2B outbound sales role
  • Experience in outbound account prospecting, including account research, prioritization, and effectively engaging prospects utilizing cold calls, emails, InMails, and more
  • Proven track record of consistent QoQ quota attainment and track record of achieving metrics, i.e.: dials, emails, etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Clear and succinct communicator, which includes articulating Suvoda’s products and communicating our value with senior-level executives
  • Curiosity – you thrive to learn
  • Organizational skills to effectively prioritize initiatives and manage time effectively
  • Out-of-the-box thinker who is enthusiastic about developing creative and innovative content and phone approaches
  • Self-starter mindset who has drive and self-motivation to succeed in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Generate a pipeline of business through strategic and targeted outbound prospecting for both SMB and Mid-Market accounts
  • Research and build accounts which includes, for example, finding prospects, reaching out strategically by phone, emails, InMails
  • Balance and prioritize targeted accounts and various initiatives to meet and exceed your monthly metrics and quarterly targets
  • Ability to confidently communicate and collaborate with the Sales team on account planning and overall strategy and approach
  • Manage time effectively to pursue accounts with prospects across multiple time zones
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows and networking events, when needed
