- Attention to detail documenting detailed processes and steps to add to internal knowledge bases
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate logistics for conferences and large-scale events
- Manage administrative tasks that drive efficiency for the Marketing and People & Talent teams
- Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Support project planning, scheduling, and communication for team initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project completion and support ad hoc needs
