Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate logistics for conferences and large-scale events
  • Manage administrative tasks that drive efficiency for the Marketing and People & Talent teams
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and communication for team initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project completion and support ad hoc needs
