Requirements
- Be a team player with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Have proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally within the cybersecurity space, with a strong grasp of modern B2B techniques (lead nurturing, lead progression)
- Possess strong communication skills—be clear, concise, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Have campaign ownership experience, from strategy to delivery, with a track record of driving measurable results and reporting on them
- Have a highly analytical mindset—be comfortable using data to fuel decisions and consistently raise the bar
- Possess excellent organisational skills—be able to self-manage projects with many moving parts and thrive working both independently and collaboratively
- Have experience with marketing tools like Hubspot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Have a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for continuous improvement and driving real impact
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact campaign strategies in collaboration with the broader marketing team to fuel business growth
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, allocating resources to content, ads, and media for maximum ROI
- Own the full campaign lifecycle, from strategy to execution, measuring performance at every stage of the demand funnel—awareness to conversion
- Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Hubspot and Google Analytics, ensuring visibility into key metrics
- Continuously optimise campaigns, using data-driven insights to iterate and improve, ensuring better outcomes over time
