Summary

Requirements

  • Excellent internal and external communication skills and demonstrable ability to build and nurture cross-functional relationships within target partners
  • Extensive experience in value-based selling or partner sales, and a proven track record of successfully closing and growing revenue-generating partnerships
  • An ability to create and implement partner and sales strategies
  • You will lead end-to-end partner/sales engagements from initial outreach through to commercial negotiations, and contract closure
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional team

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-value potential partners aligned with our partnering strategy
  • Build and execute sales and partner outreach campaigns collaboratively with our Marketing team
  • Creating business plans, proposals and presentations, business plans and other sales material required
  • Closing partnerships - negotiating commercial terms and closing agreements
  • Educating partners on Prolific and our proposition to ensure we maximise our share of spend
  • Developing innovative new methods of co-operation and collaboration with partners
  • You will become an advocate and key subject matter expert on revenue generating partners within Prolific
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs and communicate them effectively to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Represent Prolific at partner focused events and conferences

Preferred Qualifications

  • A knowledge of human data platforms/panels/crowd-sourcing
  • A solid knowledge of the B2B research space and a good understanding of how high-quality human data contributes to this
