As a Client Experience Administrator (CEA), you will work to support CES and OPS teams on assigned clients by performing administrative updates, attending client meetings, and working reports.

Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for work 6-8 hours per day
  • 2 day in office per week requirement at the Denver/Aurora location
  • Able to lift 3-20 lbs
  • Typing skills 45+ words per minute
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft EXCEL skills
  • Ability to read and interpret information
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with various individuals and clients
  • Ability to analyze data and report on findings to Management and Clients

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative updates
  • Attend client meetings as needed
  • Work reports
  • Respond to internal and external client emails professionally and promptly
  • Process tasks to send to the client to help resolve outstanding accounts
  • Work on internal reports on accounts
  • Distribute client emails to the REL team
  • Help locate new addresses for patients and send out new notices as appropriate
  • Update status on accounts due to bankruptcy or deceased notifications
  • Mail reports and statements to clients adhering to the REL outbound mail process ensuring a double check for HIPAA
  • Send regular reports to clients as outlined and assigned
  • Work certain reports to ensure REL system matches the client systems
  • Ensure accounts are updated appropriately and moving as they should through the workflow
  • Escalate any issues impacting accounts or clients directly to the Client Experience Manager
  • Actively manage Client Access Web access for clients, including management of sign on information
  • E-file documents and work regular reports
  • Communicate with both internal and external clients
