Requirements

• JD or equivalent degree from a top-tier law school
• At least 3 years of experience practicing at a top law firm
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with internal teams to provide strategic and legal advice on commercial agreements, compliance, product development, and procurement agreements
• Negotiate SaaS and other commercial agreements worldwide as the frontline attorney
• Be the subject matter expert on product development
• Assist in driving operational efficiencies and best practices
