As a Consultant Project Operations with focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365FO, you will support companies with project business in finding the right IT solutions for their specific business requirements. You will work closely with customers to understand and analyze their business processes. Based on this information, you will develop tailored solutions and concepts based on Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a MINT study program, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or relevant experience with Dynamics 365FO
• First project experience in consulting ERP systems as an in-house consultant and/or for a consulting firm
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Responsibilities

• Support companies with project business in finding the right IT solutions for their specific business requirements
• Work closely with customers to understand and analyze their business processes
• Develop tailored solutions and concepts based on Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Implement and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 into the customer's existing IT infrastructure
• Configure software, manage data, and adjust processes to ensure smooth operation of the solution
• Train end-users and employees of the customer in using Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Create training plans and materials, conduct trainings, and provide support to users
• Optimize, digitalize, and automate business processes together with the customer
• Develop integrated solutions with high customer benefit
