Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted marketing strategies, including persona development, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and customer journey (CJ) mapping
  • Conduct thorough research to inform messaging, content creation, and strategic initiatives
  • Align campaigns with the client’s objectives, using HubSpot and other tools to maximize alignment and efficiency
  • Integrate content into SEO strategies for traditional and generative AI search engines
  • Craft and refine content strategies that effectively communicate brand messages, applying appropriate tone and voice for diverse audiences
  • Influence stakeholders with data-backed recommendations to drive decision-making and campaign success
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to uncover actionable insights and optimization opportunities
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Continuously optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics
  • Track and report on campaign performance, using analytical tools to assess areas of improvement
  • Deliver results-driven campaigns, meeting or exceeding KPIs, on-time and within scope
  • Ensure high-quality execution that adheres to the client’s style guide, brand voice, and content standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee profitable and efficient delivery across marketing projects

The mission of the Content Marketing Strategist is to develop and execute content strategies that enhance brand visibility and authority across multiple channels, while driving business growth and lead generation. You will play a critical role in Instrumental’s success by crafting engaging content, optimizing campaigns to drive traffic, nurturing leads, and improving conversions across a portfolio of clients. You will ensure all content supports clients’ business goals and resonates with their audiences throughout the customer journey. This position will prepare you for future leadership opportunities in content strategy and digital marketing.

Primary roles for this position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development:
