Join us in shaping the future of voice technology! We are seeking a Content Moderator to join us on an initial 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The role involves ensuring our systems are developed, deployed, and used safely by assessing user-generated content, developing security standards, and maintaining a respectful and secure environment for everyone.

Requirements

• Ability to perform multiple tasks while having a keen eye for detail
• Previous content moderation or customer support experience
• Previous experience with moderating user generated content (preferably within the AI environment)
• Professional fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Quickly and effectively assess user-generated content (USG), by following internal guidelines and policies
• Ad hoc escalation of urgent issues, technical questions, and moderation policy queries
• Developing and maintaining security standards and applying them in new situations
• Understanding the context of requests, and communicating with users professionally
• Working as part of a bigger moderation and customer support team
• Taking pride in your role as a guardian of our community by actively ensuring that USG complies with our policies and meets our standards
