Responsibilities

• Independently support precommercial and commercial legal needs, including drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a broad range of commercial contracts
• Actively and effectively provide clear legal advice to internal stakeholders across key business functions
• Assist Deputy General Counsel in managing public securities legal and compliance-related matters, collaborating with internal stakeholders on SEC filings
• Assist Deputy General Counsel and CLO with corporate governance matters, including drafting and reviewing minutes, maintaining committee charters and other key governance documents
• Stay current with evolving legal guidance and pharmaceutical, regulatory and policy initiatives, and partner with key stakeholders to develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures
• Act as an advisor on legal issues involving the organization’s governmental, privacy and regulatory compliance
• Drive strong company culture as we grow and evolve
