Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity industry
  • Proven experience leading and managing high-performing creative teams
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital, events, campaigns, brand development, and video production
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey creative concepts and ideas
  • Proficiency in design and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Unbounce, and WordPress
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • A creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for innovation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a small creative team to develop innovative and effective creative solutions
  • Oversee the creative direction and execution of all marketing and branding efforts, including digital, events, campaigns, brand, and video
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand messaging remains cohesive, consistent, and aligned with overall business goals
  • Develop, refine, and maintain brand guidelines to ensure uniformity across all platforms and channels
  • Provide hands-on support in the creation of digital assets, event materials, campaign visuals, and video content
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve creative processes and outputs
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership and stakeholders
