Summary
Join a dynamic team at DataDome as the Creative Lead, responsible for shaping the brand's visual identity, leading creative projects, and collaborating across teams. The ideal candidate will have design expertise, a versatile portfolio, B2B technology experience, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Design Expertise: Proficient in graphic design and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite) as well as web and user experience design tools (Figma, Sketch). Motion design skills are a plus
- Versatile Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design styles and formats, including graphic and motion design
- B2B Technology Experience: Proven experience in branding and marketing within the B2B tech space, with the ability to manage multiple projects and audiences. Cybersecurity experience is a plus
- Detail-Oriented Mindset: Ability to quickly turn around mockups, edits, and feedback, maintaining a high standard of quality
- Project Management Skills: Comfortable sourcing and managing external creative resources, with experience in establishing processes for design production and feedback
- Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Elevate Our Brand: Craft and implement a cohesive visual identity that reflects DataDomeβs mission and values, ensuring consistency across all platforms and mediums
- Leading Creative Projects: Manage the design of everything from event booths to paid ads to social media graphics, infographics, sales presentations, web assets, and motion graphics
- Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and threat research teams to transform complex concepts into compelling visuals and multimedia content
- Developing Design Strategy: Monitor visual marketing trends and audience preferences, using insights to guide your creative approach and keep our brand relevant and engaging
- Managing External Resources: Coordinate with freelancers and agencies to amplify our creative output, ensuring high-quality designs that align with our brand guidelines
- Building Design Systems: Create toolkits, templates, and best practices to empower internal stakeholders and promote branding consistency across the organization
- Fostering Innovation: Propose and pitch new design ideas and campaigns to stakeholders, championing creativity and innovation within the company
