Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or community development role— preferably at a consumer-centric startup
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Friendly and patient team player who works well with a wide range of personalities
  • A ‘no task is too small’ attitude and passion for providing all customers with the best solution to their unique project needs
  • Available to work from our Warsaw office at least once a month (and during all bigger projects and trainings)

Responsibilities

  • Developing lasting relationships with customers via phone calls, emails, live chats, and text messages
  • Managing customer relationships efficiently and effectively
  • Delivering best-in-class customer experience over the phone, email, text, and live chat
  • Supporting our Growth team in sales-related tasks
  • Supporting the broader team by ensuring that customer orders, deliveries, and returns are processed seamlessly, from initiation through completion
  • Catching customer insights and work across marketing, tech, and operations teams to improve the overall customer experience
  • Thinking creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer’s experience

We are looking for people talented in communications who will focus on serving and anticipating needs day-to-day about customer’s journey and will be able to involve suggesting ideas based on customer feedback and turn them to action and improve standards

About the Customer Service Team

The Customer Service Team consists of 20+ people who support our customers through every step of their journey with Tylko. This covers everything from helping them configure their perfect-fit product and place an order through delivery and assembly at home – all while addressing any questions, concerns, or ideas in between. The team offers support in five languages – English, German, French, Spanish and Polish, and through their expert written and verbal communication, they ensure every customer has an amazing Tylko experience.

Main responsibilities:

  • Developing lasting relationships with customers via phone calls, emails, live chats, and text messages.

  • Managing customer relationships efficiently and effectively.

  • Delivering best-in-class customer experience over the phone, email, text, and live chat

  • Supporting our Growth team in sales-related tasks

You will be fairly remunerated – 7500-9000 PLN (CoE)(depending on your skills and experience).
