  • Prior experience working credit balances
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrate Tempus’ Values by acting with integrity, respect, and trust
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate's Degree or  2+ years healthcare revenue cycle / billing operations
  • Bilingual strongly preferred (Spanish)
  • Familiar with laboratory billing, EDI enrollment, payer portals, Quadax a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word) and Google Suite (e.g. Sheets, Docs)
  • Zendesk experience a plus
  • Experience working with virtual teams a plus

We are looking for a Reimbursement Customer Success Specialist to join our team.  ((Remote Friendly - - West Coast Preferred - PST))  Work 9 am - 5 pm PST

The expected salary range below is applicable if the role is performed from [ California] and may vary for other locations. Actual salary may vary based on qualifications and experience. Tempus offers a full range of benefits, which may include incentive compensation, restricted stock units, medical and other benefits, depending on the position.

California Pay Range

$45,000—$55,000 USD
