Customer Success Representative, Internship - France

Summary

The job is for a Customer Success Representative at SINGULART, an online art gallery. The role involves finding and onboarding talented artists, supporting them with various demands, optimizing their portfolios, managing the knowledge base, and meeting KPIs. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or business development, fluency in English and German, and skills such as problem-solving, organization, communication, and proactivity.

Requirements

• You have had first hands-on experience working in the field of customer service or business development (regardless of the sector of activity and the type of company)
• Fluency in English and in German is required - Another language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Artist Sourcing: Hunt, close and accompany the best new artists to join the worldwide leading online art gallery
• Support: Identify and manage inbound requests from our artists and designers in order to resolve their queries with practical solutions in a timely manner
• Portfolio optimization: Deploy proactive actions to help creators improve their profiles and enhance their performance on the platform
• Knowledge base management: Organize and maintain our knowledge base updated

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Project Management and/or Business Development is a big plus
