Requirements
- Experience as a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist
- Analysis and resolution of technical incidents in production
- Operations on databases (SQL)
- Familiarity with Linux terminal use
- Ability to interpret server, application, and web logs
Responsibilities
- Form part of the technical team responsible for client contact, connecting sales teams with technology areas
- Accompany new clients during integration and help them get the most out of our technology
- Analyze, correct, and report on incidents detected in production environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in user contact
- Understanding of code developed by others
- Definition of improvements on the platform
