Requirements

  • Experience as a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist
  • Analysis and resolution of technical incidents in production
  • Operations on databases (SQL)
  • Familiarity with Linux terminal use
  • Ability to interpret server, application, and web logs

Responsibilities

  • Form part of the technical team responsible for client contact, connecting sales teams with technology areas
  • Accompany new clients during integration and help them get the most out of our technology
  • Analyze, correct, and report on incidents detected in production environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in user contact
  • Understanding of code developed by others
  • Definition of improvements on the platform
